With a background in change management, Alex began her sustainability career more than decade ago with the Marks & Spencer’s Plan A team. Having delivered a wide variety of projects in all areas of sustainability, she then shifted to the beauty sector with Boots No7 Beauty Company in 2020. Notable achievements include launching the Recycle at Boots scheme and securing Leaping Bunny accreditation for brands in the No7 portfolio. Since 2022, Alex is heading up Sustainability at cult British skincare manufacturer and brand Medik8, where she developed and launched their ESG strategy and led them to become B Corp certified.
