Daniel Walton grew up in Sheffield and spent most of his younger life climbing and walking in the Peak District. This continued when he moved to North Wales in the mid nineties. Daniel was Director at some of the leading outdoor brands and retailers before creating OLPRO in 2011, bored by the lack of innovation being shown at other companies. OLPRO now creates Stand Out Campervan Awnings as well as Tents, Furniture, Tableware, Rucksacks and Backpacks and more. Over the past 13 years OLPRO has constantly won awards including a Queens Award in 2021 and B-Corp accreditation in 2023. This is on top of the Federation of Small Businesses Ecommerce Business of the Year in 2022, the Scale Up Awards Ecommerce Business of the Year in 2023 and the Camping and Caravanning Club's Campervan and Motorhome Awnings of the Year for 2024.
