Fi has over 20 years of experience in the sustainability world, including managing certification standards for tourism hotels and developing an ethical trade standard for the food sector. She has also worked in sustainable development roles in the public sector and now works for Sipsmith Ltd, where she is currently managing their B Corp recertification in support of their sustainability strategy – Crafting a Better Future – together with overseeing their carbon footprint, supplier engagement and their annual impact report.
