Ben has specialised in education and change management for almost 2 decades and has delivered a wide range of programs across a number of agricultural sectors. Projects include behavioural science, farm efficiency, digital twins and AI, sustainable fuel, the use of microbes in soil health and more. At Leprino, Ben has delivered a 14.5% fall in carbon footprint at a product level in less than 4 years. Programs have delivered £3.7 million of savings for farmer suppliers. This rapid shift is linked directly to the use of behavioural science to drive adoption at a rate not typical in agriculture.
