Agnès Sadler is a Senior Policy Adviser at the UK Department for Business and Trade, specialising in ESG policy and responsible supply chains, whilst also advising on corporate due diligence through the UK National Contact Point mechanism. Previously, she was Sustainability Lead at DEFRA, where she delivered the department’s sustainability strategy, advised on asset‑specific transition planning, and led supply‑chain decarbonisation across £1.85bn of annual spend. Earlier roles at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero included delivery of housing retrofit programmes and the £1 billion Net Zero Innovation Portfolio.
